The tread surface of the wheel should not have defects such as dents, trachoma, pores, shrinkage, cracks, chipping, etc., and it cannot be welded and repaired after discovery, and new Railway wheels should be replaced in time;If there are pits on the tread, when the crane wheel diameter is ≤500mm, the pit diameter is ≤1mm; when the wheel diameter is >500mm, the pit diameter is ≤1.5mm, and the depth is ≤3mm and not more than 5, it can be used continuously;When the relative wear difference between the two driving wheels exceeds 1‰ of the diameter, they should be heavy-duty machined to the same diameter, and the tolerance should not be less than D6.
